Where it is stored
This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Enquiry details are stored with a third-party database provider that we use to record enquiries, and a copy is sent to our team by email through our business email provider so we can respond quickly. These providers process the data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up about your enquiry, or until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy before doing so. After you download a course brochure, your browser stores a small note (no personal details) so you are not asked for your details again on that device.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also raise a grievance about how we have handled your information.
