This policy applies to fees paid for NexoraTech Academy courses. All fees shown on our website include GST.
Live online batches
- You can cancel and receive a full refund if you cancel before the second class of your batch.
- After the second class, fees are not refundable. You may instead transfer once to a later batch of the same course.
Recorded courses
- You can receive a full refund if you request it within 3 days of getting access, provided you have watched no more than two lessons.
- After that, fees are not refundable.
Batch dates
Batch dates may occasionally be rescheduled. We will inform you in advance. A rescheduled batch does not by itself qualify for a refund.
If we cancel a batch
If NexoraTech Academy cancels a batch entirely, you can move to the next batch or request a full refund.

Contact us with your name, course and payment details using our Contact page. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
